4th Dec 12: 66592 with Ex Stobart liveried 66414 DIT is in charge of 4O27 from Garston to Southampton at Lower Basildon. The High Viz are digging, where the OLE poles will be planted, to check for cables. They say that 5 poles have already been 'Pile Driven' in near the A329 bridge !
